  • 4+ years of experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email
  • Solid experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Marketo and Salesforce preferred)

What the job involves

  • Movable Ink is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our email marketing programs
  • In this role, you will work cross-functionally on the ideation and delivery of engaging campaigns that captivate our audience, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth
  • The role will be reporting to the Associate Director of Lifecycle Marketing
  • Lead Email Marketing Strategy: Design and execute impactful email marketing programs that engage current and prospective clients, driving business growth and brand awareness
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns, leveraging segmentation and analytics to optimize performance
  • CRM and Marketing Tools Expertise: Utilize Marketo, Movable Ink Studio (training provided) and Salesforce to manage campaigns, guide performance, and deliver measurable results
  • Attention to Detail and Compliance: Ensure all emails adhere to industry best practices, GDPR/CCPA compliance, and brand guidelines, while creating mobile-friendly and dark-mode compatible templates
  • Reporting and Testing: Analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and provide data-driven insights to inform and improve future strategies
  • Collaborative Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines with precision and balancing multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment
