Who you are

4+ of experience in brand and visual design
You have a portfolio demonstrating your ability to craft thoughtful & beautiful brands
Strong fundamental with color, typography, and layout
Built brands from scratch or helped evolve an existing one
Love to be scrappy, move quickly, and have a lot of ownership
Proficiency in graphic design, web design, and motion
Strong grasp of tools like Adobe CS, Figma
Ability to collaborate across teams and execute with autonomy
Comfortable running sprints and are an expert at aligning cross-functional stakeholders
Excited about and inspired by what’s possible with AI
Experience with 3D, animation, or sound design a plus

What the job involves

You’ll get to build our brand and deploy it across web, marketing, and product—collaborating directly with Hebbia’s leadership team. You’ll work closely with Arjun Mahesh, who leads design, and our founder George Sivulka
Own our brand from end-to-end, turning Hebbia into a world-class entity in the AI space
Working on diverse projects including brand identity, web design, product design, marketing, social media, sales, events, and swag
Developing guidelines and templates for our visual identity
Collaborating with product designers to translate brand into product and web
Present to cross-functional partners and participate in design reviews
Work with product designers to translate brand into the product
Ensure scalability and brand consistency by developing templated collateral systems

Our take

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.

The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.

Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
