Who you are
- Experience: 3+ years in marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Skills: Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.) and campaign management
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance
- Creativity: A knack for crafting campaigns that stand out and deliver results
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work across teams and functions
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the EV industry or sustainability sectors is a bonus but not required
What the job involves
- Monta is looking for dynamic professionals, trailblazers who will be part of accelerating our reach in the SaaS realm and EV charging industry
- We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to take ownership of Monta’s marketing initiatives in the US market
- Reporting directly to the CMO and CEO, this is a high-visibility role with the opportunity to shape Monta’s success in a critical growth market
- Drive demand generation through campaigns that target Solution Providers, CPOs, and other key personas
- Localize global strategies to resonate with the US audience and market dynamics
- Optimize the inbound funnel to convert leads into high-quality opportunities
- Act as the voice of the US market, sharing insights to inform product, messaging, and overall strategy
- Plan & Execute Campaigns: Develop and manage always-on campaigns, micro-campaigns, and ABM initiatives tailored to the US market
- Demand Generation: Utilize digital marketing channels, including paid ads, email, and social media, to drive awareness and engagement
- Market Adaptation: Collaborate with global teams to localize content, messaging, and strategies for the US market
- Lead Funnel Optimization: Work closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure seamless lead nurturing and handoff, driving conversion rates
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the broader US team, including sales, to align marketing efforts with regional goals and share insights for success
- Market Expertise: Provide insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategies
- Event Alignment: Partner with Field Marketing to ensure campaigns support key industry and partner events in the US
- To succeed in this position, your spoken and written English skills need to be proficient. Since Monta is a globally active company, you’ll be communicating often and regularly with our co-workers and partners around the world, making your professional English knowledge essential

Our take
Monta is an EV charging company that is building ways to make it easier to charge EVs from wherever you are. In order to do so, the company is working to digitise the EV charging ecosystem via a charging management platform.
Transforming mobility is a leading global effort towards a greener society and European cities are rapidly seeing the uptake of electric vehicles. In spite of this, there is a dearth of EV charging points, and Monta is trying to rectify this issue through its unique all-in-one EV charging platform, which makes charging vehicles simple and seamless, thereby increasing the adoption of a more sustainable method of transport.
Monta has invested its efforts toward opening up new markets, specifically North America, whilst consolidating its market position in Scandinavia, the UK, and Germany, as well as creating transparency within the electricity market and continuing to fund digitising the power grid infrastructure. Recent funding invest further in R&D alongside expanding its partner network.
