What the job involves

The Intelligent Utilities team is looking for a BI Visualization Team Lead to develop the new generation of reporting dashboards, which will be the customer-facing functionality of Gentrack’s new data lake
Provide leadership and technical support to the BI Visualisation team
Support the R&D build of the Analytics and Machine Learning product suite for Gentrack
Design and deliver a great portfolio of dashboards across multiple analytics product lines
Collaborate with client design partners and internal industry experts to drive innovative use cases, gain
Useful feedback, and optimise visualization
Work with Architects and ETL developers to optimise visualisation performance and architecture
Support client delivery with custom visualization outputs
Ownership of the support model and 3rd (last) line support for clients on visualization layer
