Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or relevant work experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferable in a sales setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques including Tableau, Excel, SQL, etc
- Strong knowledge of the sales tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, enrichment tools, etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
- Familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes
- Familiarity with business analysis methodologies and tools, project management strategies, and stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas simply and effectively
- Knowledge of Python, Javascript, or similar programming languages
- Ability to document data models, business processes and visual workflows
What the job involves
- As a Revenue Operations Business Analyst, you will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, helping to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- You will analyze sales processes, gather requirements, and contribute to the development of strategies and solutions that improve operational efficiency and drive business growth
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and requirements
- Document and prioritize business and functional requirements
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor Sales KPIs and performance
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders using data visualization tools
- Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis and performance tracking
- Provide regular updates on project status and issue resolution
- Maintain effective communication with business stakeholders and project teams
- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
