• 3 to 4 years in Brand Management, Advertising, or Marketing within top-tier advertising agencies, CPG companies, or leading e-commerce/startup environments
• Proven expertise in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
• A generalist background in marketing and communications, with a strong foundation in brand strategy and execution
• Expertise in developing and implementing brand campaigns across diverse channels
• Fluent in both French and English mandatory

• As a Lead Brand Manager, you will take ownership of Brand Marketing at Allianz Direct France, managing and enhancing our brand presence in the Home and Travel insurance markets
• Your mission will be to drive customer acquisition, foster engagement, and build loyalty, establishing Luko by Allianz Direct as a trusted and innovative leader in the industry
• Working closely with the Allianz Direct France VP Marketing, you will develop a strong client relationship strategy, ensuring Luko by Allianz Direct stands out as a unique brand in the insurance sector
• Develop and lead the brand strategy for the French market, aligning it with the global vision while addressing local customer needs and market dynamics
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to uncover opportunities for differentiation, growth, and increased customer engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Customer Experience) to ensure the brand strategy drives acquisition, retention, and loyalty
• Define, monitor, and report on brand performance metrics (e.g., awareness, perception, customer trust), using insights to refine strategies
• Champion long-term brand vision initiatives, positioning Luko as a leader in the French insurance market
• Oversee and ensure consistency in brand communication and visual identity across all customer touchpoints, adhering to global guidelines
• Lead the creation and execution of impactful brand campaigns that resonate with target audiences and reinforce brand positioning
• Work closely with the Content and Communications teams to maintain a consistent and authentic brand narrative and tone of voice
• Act as the brand steward for the French market, ensuring compliance with global standards while integrating local nuances
• Drive cross-channel initiatives, including digital, print, and events, to enhance customer experiences and engagement
• Manage the Brand budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation
• Negotiate contracts with partners (e.g., brand agencies) to maximize ROI and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Lead and mentor a Brand Specialist, fostering professional growth and innovation
