Who you are

-Solid SQL experience (2+ years).
Background in technical support, solutions engineering, or a customer-facing technical role
Knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence tools, or similar platforms
Comfort working directly with customers and explaining technical ideas without the jargon (a non-technical audience)
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple client projects simultaneously
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions

Desirable

Experience with data visualisation tools or analytics platforms
Some experience with Python (or at least a willingness to pick it up fast)
Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques
Knowledge of Excel (since many of our customers come from that world)
Previous startup or fast-paced environment experience. You know how to thrive without rigid structures

What the job involves

A mix of hands on platform development with the Co-founder and the responsibility of driving client success through technical problem-solving, data expertise, and proactive ownership of their IVP.ai experience.
Be instrumental to the company growth by gaining insightful knowledge from customers and implementing platform improvements.
