Lead Data Scientist, Enable

• M.Sc. degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning
• Proven track record in building and releasing AI/ML commercial products and services
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, scikit-learn, SciPy, NumPy, PyTorch, TensorFlow) and/or R programming language, along with SQL
• Experience building Agentic AI systems, fine-tuning, integrating and productionalizing LLMs; and/or price optimization and simulation using Deep-Q Networks, Monte Carlo Decision Trees, or similar methods
• Deep knowledge of traditional and modern AI/ML algorithms and data modelling strategies
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Demonstrable AI projects showcasing innovation and business impact

Desirable

• Customers configure their deals, and Enable ingests and processes all their sales transactions, helping them uncover rebates they might otherwise miss
• This involves processing enormous amounts of data in very short time frames, performing billions of calculations per customer, and storing it all in enterprise-scale databases

• Engage with key stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives meet company goals, and effectively communicate results to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure all AI applications adhere to ethical standards, industry best practices, and legal requirements
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering teams to develop a roadmap for the delivery of AI and machine learning tools
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to build a cutting-edge data platform that unlocks the full potential of the company's data
• Serve as a thought leader in AI and data science, driving innovation and staying ahead of industry trends to enhance existing products
