Manager of IT Support and Operations, Anduril Industries

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred (or equivalent combination of experience and education)
• 10+ years of experience in IT with a minimum of 5 years in enterprise management roles
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Strong technical knowledge of network and systems infrastructure and cloud services
• Proven track record of managing IT projects and leading technical teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally as business needs require
• Must posses the legal right to permanently live and work in Republic of Ireland

• In this pivotal role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all IT-related functions, including:

• Hardware and Software Support: Provide top-notch support for our hardware and software systems

• Manage and supervise the IT support team in the EMEA region, providing leadership, guidance, and training
• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
• Champion IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with the larger Enterprise IT Operations team to align regional IT strategies with the organization's overall objectives
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to analyze business requirements and develop solutions for IT needs
• Partner with manufacturing technical teams to deliver IT solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support in resolving escalated IT issues
• Monitor IT operations performance for the region and generate regular reports for senior leadership
• Build a function that manages new office deployments, including procurement and deployment of hardware and software
• Participates in after hours on-call support for computer, network and systems issues
