Business Developer, Amazon

• Bachelor's degree
• Speak, write, and read fluently in Mandarin
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience
• 2+ Years experience in full funnel Business to Business (B2B) Sales

• Amazon is looking for a Business Developer. This candidate will partner in launching a new start-up from the beginning of its life cycle, and will lead sales generation with small to medium sized customers
• Amazon Freight is building systems and capabilities to ensure that external shippers’ freight in the Amazon network (vendors, suppliers, sellers) is moved with the highest service and lowest possible costs
• To meet this goal, we are continually striving to innovate and provide best-in-class service levels. You will efficiently negotiate terms and close deals with external shippers
• Internally, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including legal, technology, marketing, transportation, and customer service to drive great customer experience for our program
• You will communicate with senior stakeholders within the Amazon Leadership team, as well as work with leaders at major companies to strengthen partner relations
• You will build customized, innovative logistics solutions, drive process improvement, standardize procedures and negotiate
• Prospect to identify, create and qualify opportunities through cold calling and e-mail outreach
• Engage and present to prospects via in-person presentations, or web-based tools
• Your success will be measured by achievement of individual activity and opportunity creation, as well as new shipper launch and revenue goals
• This role requires you to be fluent in Mandarin and English
