Role

Who you are

  • Experience in working in a B2B sales environment. Experience in the pharmacies, medical or supplement field is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills. You feel comfortable interacting with others and reaching out to new potential partners
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and German (German is a must)
  • Diligent working style, eye for detail and good with numbers
  • Organised personality, tracking progress with partners and individual tasks, not dropping the ball on anything
  • A keen interest in wellness, health, supplements and longevity and/or the willingness to learn more about the industry
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, ideally in an international company

What the job involves

  • We are seeking a B2B Sales Operations Manager to join our team
  • Your role will be an integral part of AVEAs partnership program
  • You will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into the dynamic world of a growing startup in the longevity space
  • You'll support our team in establishing and nurturing relationships with our B2B partners and grow our brand's presence
  • Assist in establishing and managing strong relationships with our B2B partners e.g. retailers, clinics, pharmacies and distributors
  • Support the onboarding of new partners by managing contracts, price lists, supplier registrations etc
  • Handle relationships with established B2B partners, process their orders, ensure delivery and manage complaints
  • Create regular reporting for B2B sales, tracking progress by partner, regions and partner type
  • Support the management team in refining the B2B distribution strategy and and improving B2B processes
