Who you are

Have 1–3 years of cold-calling or outbound prospecting experience
Are comfortable making a high volume of daily calls

Have experience working in HubSpot CRM or similar sales engagement tools

What the job involves

This is not a transactional, churn-and-burn role. It’s an opportunity to build a foundational pipeline in a high-impact, high-visibility position with a clear path for growth
Prospect and qualify new leads through high-volume outbound outreach (primarily cold calling)
Re-engage and qualify existing accounts for expansion opportunities
Partner closely with Account Executives to generate pipeline and support land-and-expand efforts
Maintain disciplined activity tracking and pipeline management in HubSpot
Consistently hit daily activity, meeting, and qualified opportunity targets
This is a fully remote role operating on a 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET schedule. Success requires strong phone presence, resilience, coachability, and comfort operating in a high-activity environment
