Who you are

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in a fast-paced and high complexity environment where they have played an active role in preparing and delivering software demonstrations through the sales cycle
Have pre-sales experience with 2-3 years of complex financial services software products
Excited by entrepreneurship and getting in on the ground floor to work for a disrupting start-up and help build its culture, team, and approach
Experience through the full end to end sales cycle from initial contact/RFP to closing, and handover to implementation
Experienced in the private equity markets
Deep knowledge of accounting from an implementation, consultancy, or education background
Chartered Accountant, or similar qualifications preferred but not essential
A team player who wants to help where possible
A passion for technology

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced pre-sales / solutions engineer who can work within a small, focused commercial team to deliver against our prospect client requirements
Demonstrating the LemonEdge software functionality live to potential clients and partners
Build out client’s complex accounting use cases into the LemonEdge platform for in-depth proof of concepts lasting from an hour to a multiple day
Work closely with the sales director and other members of the team to ensure RFP’s, POC’s and other processes are satisfactorily completed
Help ensure best practices along with appropriate liaising with development and implementation teams during the sales process
Assist in the production of standardised solutions for different industry vertical problem areas to assist sales team members in scaling demonstrations
Manage demonstration data sets and features updates as required
Interact with clients, partners, and professional services
