Role
Who you are
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration, preferred
- 9+ years of relevant advertising technology experience in technical sales
- Proven experience in a pre-sales engineering role or a similar position within the ad tech industry
- Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of advertising technology, digital marketing, and data analytics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Sales proposal and PowerPoint presentation authoring
- Digital advertising campaign setup, management, optimizations, and reporting
- Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and data integration processes is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
What the job involves
- This position is the primary technical resource for the field salesforce when selling Nexxen’s technology solutions to prospects at ad agencies and other digital marketing services providers
- The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for pre-sales strategy and technical expertise for the development and implementation of client level solutions
- The Sr. Solutions Engineer is responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders as the key technical adviser for our products
- The Sr. Solutions Engineer must be fluent in articulating technology and solution positioning to both business and technical audiences and establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Develop and deliver high-stakes sales presentations and product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Support Account Executives in selling Nexxen’s end-to-end marketing platform
- Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of our technology, industry trends, and competitive landscape
- Evangelize the product at field events such as industry trade shows, training seminars, and private sales events
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and best practices to articulate how the Nexxen platform can maximize the effectiveness of its advertising strategies
- Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing customer inquiries and resolving blockers related to product integrations
- Work with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and support, to align client solutions with company capabilities
- Collect and document customer requirements and develop use cases for the Product Management team
- Conduct market research and contribute to go-to-market strategy and tactics for the Product Marketing team
- Traveling up to 25% of the time to support the National Enterprise Sales team

Video has been an invaluable marketing tool for businesses since the beginning of TV advertisement, but modern technology has dramatically changed how such content is consumed. On-demand omnichannel streaming services and CTV has provided unique opportunities for advertisers to develop their audience engagement strategies, but without the appropriate technology platform, this can be difficult to navigate.
Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.
Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specializing in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
