Role
Who you are

- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Experience with conducting user research and testing design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Product team and help us deliver our company mission: to give everyone access to human-centred welfare services
- At the forefront of transforming little-changed welfare services like employment and housing with the latest technologies
- Responsible for leading the design of new products and features from concept to launch by playing a key role in shaping the future of our products
- A hands-on, experienced Senior Product Designer who loves working with a team to deliver truly exceptional products that drive measurable impact
- Part of our product team within Beam will mean experimenting, learning from our mistakes and successes, setting a sky-high quality bar for product, and influencing the strategic direction based on partner feedback and market demands
