• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Law, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related leadership role, ideally within a tech or software environment
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and lead business transformation initiatives at a strategic level
• Expertise with tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Linear, ClickUp, JIRA, Asana, Monday.com)
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets and forecasting
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance long-term strategic vision with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and optimize all aspects of day-to-day business and facilities operations, ensuring that systems and processes support both current and future scalability
• Strategic Planning: Work directly with the executive team to set organizational goals, define KPIs, and support long-term strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency
• Project Leadership: Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with leadership to develop, manage, and track departmental budgets, financial forecasts, and expense management strategies to ensure efficient resource allocation
• Vendor & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and service providers, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring high-quality service delivery across all operational areas
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend scalable solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance overall business performance
• Legal & Compliance Oversight: Coordinate with legal counsel to ensure all business operations comply with applicable laws and regulations; support the management of contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
