Who you are
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume, hourly, or operational hiring
- Comfortable managing large candidate pipelines and competing priorities
- Strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and operations leaders
- Organized, process-driven, and data-aware

What the job involves
- As a High-Volume Recruiter, Workforce you’ll play a key role in scaling Hadrian’s frontline and operational workforce
- You’ll own hiring for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across manufacturing and operations, helping staff critical facilities that power the business
- This is not a traditional recruiting role. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment where speed, consistency, and candidate experience all matter
- You’ll partner closely with Operations, People, and site leaders to meet aggressive hiring goals while maintaining quality and compliance
- You’ll join a growing Talent team that is collaborative, mission-driven, and focused on building at scale
- We work with urgency, empathy, and discipline to support a rapidly expanding workforce across multiple locations
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, hourly, and non-exempt roles across operations and manufacturing
- Partner with Operations and site leaders to understand workforce needs, hiring targets, and timelines
- Build and manage high-throughput candidate pipelines using a mix of inbound, outbound, and local sourcing strategies
- Drive efficient, repeatable hiring processes that balance speed, quality, and compliance
- Deliver a positive, respectful candidate experience for a high-volume applicant population
- Track and manage hiring metrics including time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and hiring capacity
- Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and onboarding handoffs at scale
- Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and processes to support growth
Our take
Hadrian is an industrial automation company that creates autonomous factories for aerospace components. The inspiration for Hadrian was the notion that throughout history, empires begin to fall when they outsource their core industries to lower-cost countries, resulting in internal stagnation and mass unemployment.
To counter this historic trend, Hadrian was founded, which uses machine learning to automate the processes of component factories. It targets aerospace and defence, which are areas in which the USA relies on boutique experts who lack the manpower to build at scale. Its solution addresses bottlenecks in manufacturing that slow down progress, improving efficiency and capacity.
With strong investment, Hadrian is setting a precedent for a new era of machine work innovation. Its main challenge remains to convince smaller manufacturers to embrace the precision and time-saving benefits of automation. It is investing in team and product growth, including the launch of an additive manufacturing division that will deliver scalable and production-ready capacity for the US defense sector and allied partners.
