Who you are
- Organizational Skills: Manage multiple tasks with attention to detail

What the job involves
- Rho is hiring a Workplace Experience Manager to create and maintain an exceptional work environment that brings our culture to life. Reporting into our Head of Talent, our Workplace Experience Manager will:
- Oversee our office operations while crafting meaningful experiences that help our team thrive
- Manage our physical space and amenities to coordinating events and programs
- Support the acquisition and development of new office space in NYC and San Francisco
- Ensure our workplace supports both productivity and wellbeing
- Partner with various teams to deliver seamless operations
- Manage and evaluate vendor relationships
- Continuously improve our employee experience based on team feedback
- Provide administrative support to People team and Executive team as needed
- The ideal candidate excels at both the operational and human elements of workplace management, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating positive employee experiences

Rho was founded to address the growing need among small and medium-sized businesses for a unified solution to manage corporate spending and cash flow. Aiming to serve companies with 30 to 500 employees, Rho designed its platform to create seamless workflows across banking, corporate cards, and accounts payable.
The company introduced Rho AP, an accounts payable product, followed by a corporate card in partnership with Sterling Bank, enhancing its offering for businesses looking for efficiency in managing financial operations. With a clear focus on product strategy and growth, Rho has been expanding its team and integrating AI capabilities into its platform to stay ahead of the evolving fintech landscape.
