Recruiting Coordinator, SoFi

• A bachelor's degree or comparable work experience
• 1+ years of experience in fast paced role
• Fluent in English

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Flexible to support changing business needs
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse
• Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail
• Strong communication skills – verbal and written

Desirable

• This role is a contract position
• As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will partner with the Recruiting team to provide overall administrative support and interview coordination
• Schedule interviews for the recruiting team, including high volume group interviews, informing both interviewers and candidates of the interview schedule
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
• Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers
• Process and send out offer letters and new hire communication
• Process new hire admin tasks in the relevant systems
• Track and report on interview numbers
• Run reports on recruiting activity in recruiting systems
• Provide a white glove experience for each of our candidates, and ensure the interview experience is seamless
• Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process
• Open new requisitions and ensure that job descriptions are accurate and complete
• Assist in developing, implementing, and updating recruiting procedures and processes
• Additional support to the recruiting and HR team, as needed
