Who you are

- 5-7 years in marketing, 3+ in a specialized B2B SaaS/content-focused role. Bonus points for experience in the fintech, crypto, or compliance industries,
- Strong storytelling skills with an ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives, optimized for search/AI-agent ranking
- Exceptional communication and design skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with an ability to focus, prioritize, and execute in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with MarTech and design tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Wordpress, Figma, Canva)
- You’re a natural storyteller. You simplify the complex to get to the root of what matters and why people should care
- You have a keen eye for design. You know what ‘good’ is, and can create visually engaging, creative, and differentiated collateral
- You’re curious and humble. You have a genuine interest in the Web3/ blockchain/crypto and want to help customers understand what we do
What the job involves
- As a Marketing Manager at Taxbit, you'll have the unique opportunity to bring our products to life through compelling and customer-centric storytelling
- Your ability to distill complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives and present them creatively will drive how we show up in-market
- You'll power our GTM function with written content and creative collateral, orchestrate integrated marketing campaigns that connect us to customers, and leverage data-driven insights to help optimize our strategies and uniquely position us as a force in the crypto tax and accounting space
- Content Strategy & Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy (i.e. website copy, blog posts, articles, emails, case studies, and videos) to drive organic traffic, and engagement
- Create compelling, SEO-optimized content that establishes Taxbit as a thought leader in the crypto tax and accounting space
- Marketing & Sales Collateral: Design and produce visually engaging marketing collateral, (i.e. decks, two-pagers, infographics) that communicates Taxbit's value proposition and differentiators to target audiences, and empowers GTM teams
- Integrated Campaign Management: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to launch integrated marketing campaigns that increase market awareness, engagement and leads
- Maintain an editorial calendar that ensures a cohesive and consistent promotion cadence across channels
- Data & Insights: Stay on top of industry/market trends to inform messaging, refine content, and optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and business goals

As cryptocurrencies come under increasing regulatory pressure, businesses and individuals alike are having to navigate a tricky tax landscape. TaxBit works with public and private companies, as well as individuals, using automation to make it easier to calculate and report capital gains and losses.
The 2018-founded company has had a rapid trajectory thus far. Having reached well over 5 million users and achieving unicorn status in 2021, its position as one of the leading crypto tax service providers looks pretty secure along with the likes of Koinly, Accointing, and TokenTax.
