- A seasoned Agile practitioner with 10+ years of experience leading complex SW programs in a global environment
- Proven ability to manage and synchronize cross-functional teams across multiple locations, cultures, and time zones
- Deep understanding of software and hardware development lifecycles, ideally with experience in AI or related domains
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills a plus
What the job involves
- FlexAI is looking for a driven Agile Technical Program Manager to lead and synchronize the software program roadmap for our innovative AI products
- In this role, you’ll work closely with top engineering teams across Paris, Bangalore, and Silicon Valley, focusing on aligning software development timelines, mitigating risks, and optimizing workflows to ensure our AI product reaches its full potential
- Own the SW program roadmap for the core AI product, ensuring seamless synchronization between software and hardware development efforts across three locations
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could impact timeline alignment, developing and implementing effective contingency plans
- Champion Agile best practices across all teams, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between geographically dispersed teams, bridging technical and cultural divides
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives
- Manage dependencies and resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of talent and assets across the program
- Monitor progress and identify roadblocks, proactively taking steps to keep the program on track and delivering value
- Collaborate with product, engineers, and other technical leaders to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and optimization, driving continuous improvement within the program
- Represent the program in cross-functional meetings and forums, articulating its progress and challenges to key stakeholders

With a vision to contribute to the AI revolution, FlexAI delivers a layer of software intelligence, abstraction and orchestration into the AI compute stack. By rearchitecting existing architecture, it is creating accessible, universal AI compute to support the future of machine intelligence.
The idea is to combat the existing challenges with running AI workloads across diverse hardware. By doing this, FlexAI will enable AI developers to leverage a broader range of computing power without needing to modify their code.
FlexAI only came out of stealth in 2024, so we've yet to see much of what it has to offer, but its proposition has attracted a hefty seed investment. This will support the company as it moves forwards with the launch of its first product and towards its ultimate goal to empower AI acceleration.
