Who you are
- You are fluent in French and in English (must haves due to our international context)
- You have a minimum of +5 years experience in Project Management acquired in a consulting firm, a transport provider or a solution editor and ideally have knowledge of the B2B Saas environment
- You have a strong will, good interpersonal skills and you enjoy customer contact
- A first experience in management is required for this position
- You have a strong understanding of project management issues, including Integration Management, Quality Management, Risk and Issues Management…
- Any other language like German is an asset

What the job involves
- We’re seeking a skilled Team Lead - Delivery to oversee the implementation and operational success of our SaaS solutions for clients.
- In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage key client projects, and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes
- Operational Implementation: Oversee the deployment of our solutions, ensuring customer success through the project and hypercare phases
- Collaboration for Client Success: Work closely with CSM and Sales teams to ensure contract terms are met, identify growth opportunities, address potential challenges, and align everyone towards customer satisfaction and zero churn
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, acting as a point of escalation for customers when needed
- Customer Feedback: Communicate customer needs to the Product team, advocating for continuous improvement
- Hands-On Project Ownership: Manage projects directly to stay connected with the customer experience
- Process Optimization: Implement best practices and tools to structure project management
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to platform enhancements and improvements in both internal and client-facing processes
- Goal Setting & Performance: Define and animate OKRs at both the team and individual levels
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and support team growth, ensuring a productive, motivated, and high-performing environment
- Workload & Performance Management: Manage team workload, provide guidance, and set up quality indicators to monitor and improve performance

Our take
During the pandemic, investment in logistics ramped up due to the need to switch to remote tracking, as well as create solutions to counteract new limits to movement. However, since then the sector has seen many of its issues overlooked, despite an urgent need to address things like infrastructure congestion and extended transit times.
Wakeo hopes to answer these issues, by bringing real-time visibility to intercontinental freight transport flows across shipping, air, and road. Its platform combines IoT and alogirthmic technology to give export and import teams intelligent ETAs that factor in the shifting sands of supply chain disruptions. Using this data, Wakeo’s customers have the power to optimise transport plans, reduce emergency costs and enhance the management of their inventories.
With international shipping as unpredictable as ever, it’s no surprise that Wakeo enjoyed $19.6 million in funding in December 2023. This funding is being put towards the company’s expansion, as well as consolidating its path to sustainability, as goods transportation makes up 17% of global emissions.
