• As an Engineering Manager, you’ll be at the intersection of people, technology, and product direction
• You’ll help define how our teams deliver reliable, high-quality experiences that empower engineers worldwide to test and improve system performance with confidence
• Working closely with Product and Design, you’ll influence technical strategy, strengthen execution, and nurture an environment where talented engineers can grow and do their best work
• You’ll manage and develop a distributed engineering team responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality software
• Your day-to-day focus will include driving execution, enabling collaboration, and supporting engineers in achieving both product and personal growth goals
• Conduct regular 1:1s and career development sessions to guide engineers’ professional growth
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture built on trust and continuous feedback
• Partner with Product and Design to refine roadmaps, align technical priorities, and deliver great user experiences
• Translate product goals into actionable engineering plans and iterative deliverables
