Who you are
- Extensive experience in technical leadership, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing Solutions Architecture teams
- Deep expertise in open-source technologies, Kubernetes, and cloud computing
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives
- Proven ability to develop and execute technical sales strategies, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari)
- Experience with building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise customers
- Experience with designing and delivering complex enterprise solutions
What the job involves
- As the Leader of the Domain Solution Architects for North America, you will lead a team of highly skilled Domain Specialist Solution Architects, driving technical excellence and fostering strategic customer partnerships
- You will be instrumental in positioning our company as a leader in open-source and Kubernetes solutions, ensuring our offerings align with the evolving business and technical needs of our enterprise customers
- You will champion a customer-centric approach, empowering your team to act as trusted technical advisors, and driving revenue growth through strategic solution design and implementation
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Domain Solution Architects across North America
- Set strategic direction and priorities for the Solutions Architecture team, aligning with overall company goals
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, promoting continuous learning and professional development
- Ensure effective resource allocation and management to support sales and customer success initiatives
- Develop and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and partners, acting as a trusted technical advisor at the executive level
- Drive strategic engagements, ensuring alignment between customer business objectives and our solutions
- Oversee the technical aspects of complex sales cycles, from qualification to closure, ensuring successful solution implementation
- Drive the development of technical go-to-market strategies, working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Provide technical leadership in the development of product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in open-source and Kubernetes, and provide thought leadership
- Act as the voice of the customer to the product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to develop and execute account plans, driving solution adoption and customer satisfaction
- Ensure consistent CRM hygiene and data accuracy, providing insights into pipeline management and technical validation progress
- Oversee the RFI/RFP/RFQ process for the technical responses
- Drive cross functional collaboration between sales, support, and engineering
- Lead competitive analysis efforts, identifying key differentiators and developing strategies to position our solutions effectively
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including white papers, presentations, and technical blogs
