Role

Who you are

  • We’re seeking an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen, a bias toward action, and the ability to challenge the status quo
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing and/or stewardship role
  • Experience/interest in online fundraising highly desirable
  • Experience executing customer programmes at scale highly desirable
  • Experience working with strategic accounts or celebrities/influencers a plus
  • Experience/interest in not-for-profit sector a plus

What the job involves

  • The Growth Marketing team at JustGiving is responsible for maximising customer lifetime value by driving frequency and retention across the entire customer lifecycle
  • We leverage a variety of channels to create impactful changes in customer value, and we’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Marketing Manager to join us
  • This role will own some of our most important customer journeys, including our VIF and top events programmes
  • You’ll report to the Head of Growth Marketing and collaborate closely with the CRM team to ensure we maximise retention and develop strategies to build long-term customer habits
  • Additionally, you’ll play a critical role in managing marketing communications and project delivery for key business propositions, such as price changes and new feature launches
  • This is a great opportunity to own an impactful area within the business and drive meaningful growth within JustGiving
  • Strategise and execute exciting and compelling customer stewardship experiences across a range of channels to drive growth and retention for people raising money on JustGiving
  • Own and manage our VIF and Top Events programmes, working closely with the Head of Growth Marketing and CRM team
  • Be proactive in analysing data and test results, recommending improvements to optimize customer journeys based on insights
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to create and implement multi-channel plans that effectively drive activation, amount raised and customer retention
  • Align with the broader Marketing team to maximise effectiveness across channels and ensure consistent messaging and strategy
  • Work closely with our brand and PR teams to amplify the stories of our fundraisers
  • Continuously measure and report on performance to the wider business, identifying future growth opportunities and areas for improvement
