Who you are
- We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in technology and keen to learn
- You should have a basic understanding of IT systems like Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Azure, and enjoy solving problems and helping others with IT related issues
- If you’ve worked with tools like Intune or Virtual Desktop, that’s a bonus
- Most importantly, we’re after someone who’s proactive, communicates well, and wants to grow as part of a friendly, supportive team
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common IT issues
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced IT environment
- IT related education or certifications preferred

- As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day technical support, assist with system setups, and help maintain a secure and efficient IT infrastructure
- You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, learn new tools and technologies

- 1st Line Support: Initial contact (face to face, online and/or over the phone) for all technical support for hardware and software issues including Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Ticket Management: Log and track support requests and incidents, ensuring timely and clear communication
- Escalation: Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when needed
- User account Management: New user set up of accounts, and configure laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Regular user account management including offboarding
- Documentation: Create and manage IT documentation and knowledge based articles alongside asset management
- Business Support: working on project based assignments as required and any other requirements that the business may require
