What the job involves
- Reporting into the`Product Director, as a Product Owner at Token.io, you will play a crucial role in defining, developing, delivering, and documenting our Data (AIS) and core Platform products
- This role combines traditional product ownership with technical writing responsibilities to ensure our products are well-documented and accessible to developers
- Define and develop the product backlog for Data (AIS) and Platform products, ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and thoroughly documented
- Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including API references, developer guides, and product documentation that enhances our developer experience
- Design, implement, and own products and solutions that enhance our propositions, with a focus on both functionality and usability through clear documentation
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to understand technical implementations and translate complex concepts into clear, accessible documentation
- Work with product teams, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of impactful features and solutions
- Own the documentation for your products, establishing standards and best practices for technical content
- Drive continuous improvement of documentation based on user feedback and usage analytics
- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives to ensure documentation is integrated into the product development lifecycle
