Role
Who you are
- You bring at least 4 years of experience in BDR or B2B sales, including your first experience as a BDR Team Lead or in a coaching role where you were responsible for driving team performance
- Languages: You speak English at a native/full professional level. A good level of Dutch, German or French is a plus!
- You’re an excellent communicator who can inspire a team, challenge people constructively, and win trust across departments
- You live in the Netherlands and are open to working 4 days a week from our ✨brand new✨ office in Amsterdam
What the job involves
- We’re building a team in Amsterdam with one clear mission: creating international opportunities at scale. As BDR Team Lead, you’ll drive that mission by building and leading a high-performing outbound team that fuels our international growth
- The BDR team Lead drives top-of-funnel growth by leading and coaching the BDR team. This role ensures consistent pipeline generation, strong qualification standards, and close alignment with Sales and Marketing
- You will lead, coach, and develop the BDR team in our Amsterdam office and coach them to consistently hit pipeline targets
- You will define and own the outbound strategy, continuously optimising prospecting performance
- You will monitor key KPIs such as meetings, SQLs, and conversion rates, and drive structured improvements
- You ensure strong qualification standards and a smooth handover of opportunities to the Account Executives
- You ensure CRM discipline and accurate reporting at all times
- You will support the hiring, onboarding, and scaling of the SDR team as we grow
- You’ll report directly to our Sales Enablement Lead, Ruben Decancq
- Shape and scale our outbound engine: As BDR team Lead, you will take ownership of our Amsterdam-based BDR team and play a key role in building a predictable pipeline engine
- You’ll have a direct impact on our commercial growth and the opportunity to shape strategy, structure, and performance
- Leadership growth in a scaling SaaS environment: You’ll step into a high-impact leadership role within a fast-growing enterprise SaaS company
- We invest in your development through leadership support, strategic exposure, and continuous learning opportunities
- Ownership with real impact: You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing Leadership, influencing go-to-market strategy and helping shape the future of our commercial organization

Peripass provides yard management software for logistics and production sites, allowing them a better view of the arrival and departure times of trucks, to reduce loading and unloading wait-times across the industry.
Founded in 2016, Peripass aims to combat the inefficiency that surrounds trucks entering and leaving sites. This means the right goods are sent to the right gates, and are received by the right people, and also allows the business to avoid unnecessary waiting costs – which Peripass claims can be reduced by 85% overall with its technology.
Peripass is active at more than 120 logistics and production sites across Europe, boasting an impressive client list. Investment in the company has gone towards improving product utility, with further funds expected to enable the company to scale with the growing supply chain management industry.
