What the job involves
- We are looking for an Implementation Lead to join our growing commercial team here at Found by Lottie
- This is an exciting and challenging position that requires organisation, project management, strategic thinking and strong communication skills
- You will be working closely with new and existing Found partners as well as the wider commercial team
- You will be given autonomy in your work from day one, though with guidance and training
- You will own this part of the customer journey within Found and be the leading commercial figure in driving adoption of the Found product among new partners, implementing enterprise accounts and further developing the Found Billing Module
- Bridging the gap between sales and customer success by leading on the implementation and onboarding of Found with medium/large/enterprise care groups
- Developing a deep understanding of all 3 Found modules and 3rd party products that Found can integrate with (e.g. Accountancy Software)
- Working collaboratively with care groups to understand their current operational processes/pain points and work with Found's product team to scope out how Found's software can be used to improve these processes
- Collaborating & working closely with Found's product and engineering teams to support the ongoing development of Found's software
- Addressing and resolving customer queries promptly, offering support to care groups and responding to any questions they may have

Its online marketplace gives users all the tools to select and compare the UK's best-performing care homes, taking into account CQC reports, facilities, treatment methods, and location.
Having received investment, Lottie aims to continue its growth to reshape the future of the care industry. It is doing so with a strong emphasis on data and real-time information, collecting datasets that will be vital not just to its business operations, but potentially to the UK government and healthcare policy too.
