Desirable
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- CPA preferred
- 4+ years of experience in technical accounting, revenue accounting, order to cash, or finance consulting experience
- Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and / or order to cash workflows
- Able to commit to 25-30% travel within region
- Experience in the adoption of ASC 606 compliance preferred
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Successfully demonstrated experience managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups preferred
- Successfully demonstrated experience communicating and reporting to Senior leadership
- Sales experience is NOT required
- Ability to flourish in high growth and fast-paced tech environment
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors
- Great at building relationships and working within a team selling environment
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
What the job involves
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets
- Ability to understand client requirements and compliance use cases and translate into product demonstrations that resonate with the client
- Engage with C-level prospects to position Klarity’s strategic value proposition and drive business development opportunities to closure
- Present a compelling demonstration of the Klarity workflow solutions to clients
- Tailor every demonstration based on the client’s environment, needs, and use cases
- Mentor and cross-train internal resources and develop team members’ skills and expertise
- Provide proactive, trusted thought leadership to target accounts
- Serve as a feedback loop with the Product Engineering team on features updates and product enhancements for the suite of Klarity products
- Tailor and present proof of concept accounts to executive buyers
- Attend networking events and conferences to build relationships that will create new business opportunities

While document automation isn’t a new concept, early solutions in the market still required an element of human review as they only provided partial automation. Klarity developed a fully automated AI software, replacing the need for human review for over 85% of document types.
The company has seen substantial growth as it continues to scale its product to meet the needs of enterprise and midmarket customers. Its software has reviewed many thousands of contracts for some of the world’s most innovative high-growth companies including Open AI, Optimizely and Zoom.
