• We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive generalist to work directly with the founder and help make sure everything actually gets done
• You’ll help manage priorities, projects, partnerships, travel, meetings and the business development pipeline. You’ll also experiment with AI tools, build agents and automate repetitive work so a small team can operate like a much larger one
• Coordinate projects, priorities, deadlines and follow-ups
• Track action items and ensure commitments are completed
• Manage the CRM and support the investor, partner and customer pipeline
• Prepare meeting materials, presentations, notes and documents
• Coordinate scheduling, travel, conferences and logistics
• Organise internal information, processes and documentation
• Build AI agents and workflows using Claude, Claude CoWork, ChatGPT, Codex and similar tools
• Identify repetitive work that can be automated or improved
• Take ownership of urgent tasks and special projects as they arise
