What the job involves
- We are seeking a Manager of Sales to lead our North American Commercial Sales and SDR team
- You will work closely with other functional leaders to drive day to day direction and allocate resources while developing our client footprint throughout the North American region
- Reporting to the VP, North America, you are hands on when needed to propel your team to close
- Your strong leadership, people, and problem solving skills enable you to lead your team to success
- Grow and develop a world-class Commercial and SDR team by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values
- Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, enablement and attainment across your team
- Align and report on key metrics driving the revenue organization from new logo acquisition to revenue retention, pipeline build & conversion
- Support continued refinement of the revenue and marketing organization’s defined playbooks, selling programs and initiatives
- Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations
- Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
- Support and occasionally lead complex deal negotiations with your team
- Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities
- Support onboarding, enablement and employee growth strategies
