Role
Who you are
- This role requires a strong foundation of analytical skills, as well as exceptional strategic thinking and project leadership to deliver on Fetch’s next wave of growth
- 6+ years of experience in business operations, product strategy, management consulting, or analytics
- Fluency in data and strong technical skills to make data-driven decisions
- Excel, SQL skills required; experience with Python or similar tools is a plus
- Experience building analysis with significant AI components, bonus if leveraging tools like CoPilot, Hex, etc
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong business acumen and ability to make data-informed recommendations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What the job involves
- Fetch is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to be a driving force behind the vision, strategy and execution of our new and emerging business units
- In this senior individual contributor role, you’ll work cross-functionally with our commercial General Managers, as well as Product and Technology leaders, to develop collaborative business strategies, analyze business performance and ensure delivery on critical initiatives
- You will report to the Vice President of Strategy & Operations (Product & Technology)
- Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to inform key decisions and identify growth opportunities
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to utilize data-driven insights to deliver strategic decision-making and recommend new courses of action
- Operational Leadership: Manage operational plans and execution of business-critical projects, ensuring alignment with high-level strategy
- Performance Monitoring: Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs and provide visibility to executives

Leading mobile shopping and loyalty platform Fetch has seen explosive success in recent years. Its concept is simple: users receive spendable points in exchange for scans of their shopping receipts.
The app has tens of millions of daily active users with even more downloads, and has seen impressive growth, having now reached 'unicorn' status twice over. This should come as no surprise. Brand reinforcement is crucial to customer retention and acquisition - but it is harder than ever, with the fragmentation of choice on the market and the declining efficacy of marketing. So material loyalty benefits are likely to prove a crucial tool in creating and leveraging a strong customer base.
Whilst Fetch faces competition from similar receipt-scan rewards platforms like ReceiptPal and Ibotta, it grew into a profitable company in late 2023. And its using its most recent Morgan Stanley-backed funding to aggressively add brand partners at a competitive pace and onboard staff at a level that promises strong continued growth.
