What the job involves
- We’re looking for a high-performing, resourceful Executive Assistant to partner with two members of our executive team and ensure our San Francisco office runs like clockwork. This is a role for a strategic thinker, master organizer, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth AI startup
- Be the strategic right-hand to two senior executives—anticipating needs, solving problems before they arise, and enabling them to focus on the highest-impact work
- Own complex calendar and priority management—balancing internal meetings, external engagements, and heads-down work time with flawless scheduling judgment
- Manage communications and inboxes—draft, edit, and send high-quality correspondence on behalf of your executives, ensuring the right messages land at the right time
- Project manage key initiatives—drive progress on critical cross-functional projects, tracking deliverables and holding stakeholders accountable
- Run the San Francisco office—oversee daily operations, vendor relationships, supply management, and office culture to ensure a smooth and inspiring workspace
- Travel coordination—plan end-to-end travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international trips
- Confidentiality and discretion—handle sensitive information with the highest level of professionalism
- Adapt on the fly—thrive in ambiguity, pivot quickly as priorities shift, and take ownership beyond your job description to get things done
- Be a culture carrier—support company-wide programs, events, and initiatives that keep our team connected and motivated

Hightouch's platform helps marketers to build audiences and customer identities, collect and synch data, and analyse campaigns. LLM-based agents can be deployed to help streamline marketing, and the platform also supports AI decisioning. This comprehensive suite enables Hightouch to serve a range of businesses such as Spotify, Docusign, Warner Music Group, Grammarly and Autotrader.
Through development and acquisitions, such as of Workbase and Whatis, Hightouch has expanded steadily over the years. So long as it continues to enhance its capabilities and provide seamless data activation for its growing customer base, the company should have a bright future ahead of it.
