Solutions Engineer, Pagos Solutions

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing consultative pre-sales role, with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while navigating technical challenges
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements, update documentation, and gather feedback from a variety of stakeholders
• An understanding of and experience with APIs/SDKs, and the ability to to communicate and demonstrate the implementation of API products

• This role is responsible for linking our cutting-edge payment solutions to customer needs, demonstrating the unique value of our products, and implementing tailored solutions that exceed customer expectations
• As a Pagos Solutions Engineer, you’ll engage directly with clients, ensuring their requirements are met with precision and innovation
• You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including Commercial, Product, and Engineering—to leverage collective expertise in enhancing product offerings and operational excellence
• Play a key role in the full lifecycle of customer acquisition, from presales to implementation
• Conduct compelling value-focused demonstrations of all Pagos products, thereby fostering customer engagement and understanding to drive adoption
• Act as a subject matter expert on Pagos products and serve as a payments solution thought partner alongside cross-functional teams
• Manage a pre-sales delivery process, including documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Use customer feedback and data-backed insights to act as the voice of the customer in roadmap and prioritization planning
• Partner with Account Management to support expansion of product adoption with existing customers
