Role
Who you are
- Master's degree in cybersecurity or requisite experience
- Extensive relevant work experience in cyber security, threat intelligence and product management
- Demonstrated success hiring, building, and managing diverse teams of employees
- Experience in the production, development, and go-to-market of cyber solutions
- Experience working with and a demonstrable trusted relationship with government and law enforcement partners preferred
- Experience in vendor and supplier engagement and management including issuing RFPs, running pilots, and contracting for services
- Experience in relaying complex technical subject matter to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to thrive and respond to frequent demands of multiple constituents, both internal and external, in a high demand, customer-centric environment
- Ability to handle difficult, testing and time pressured situations in a constructive manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Masters degree in cybersecurity or requisite experience
- Information Security or Cyber Threat Intelligence certifications required (CISSP, ISC2, CompTIA, SANS, etc.)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, Vulnerability Management and Networking principles
What the job involves
- This is an exciting newly created position for a Cyber Threat Intelligence Product Management Vice President to support C&I’s dedicated threat intelligence function
- The role will embed cyber threat intelligence into new and existing C&I product functions and solutions
- This role will involve close collaboration and proactive engagement with diverse customers and stakeholders, as well as liaison with vendors, relevant industry groups, and government organizations
- The successful candidate will play an integral part in the development and design of a fast-growing wider threat intelligence function and will also require the management of a team of product managers
- Responsible for our new cyber threat intelligence products and solutions taking them from technical conceptualization from a practitioner perspective through design and functionality to product testing and go to market launch
- Communicate and train internal stakeholders on cyber threat trends and best practices where product applicability is concerned to enable customer facing teams to share Mastercard’s product vision effectively and competently
- Liaise and collaborate with government, law enforcement and non-traditional Mastercard stakeholders to identify cyber gaps and opportunities by listening to customer pain points and feedback to ensure an ongoing positive customer user experience
- Work closely with the Vice President of Cyber Threat Intelligence to ensure the output of cyber data analytics meets the needs of and delivers the most value to our customers
- Recruit and lead a team of high performing threat intelligence product managers and subject matter experts who will assist you to achieve departmental revenue targets
- Define, monitor and track KPI’s and metrics to measure product performance and success by capturing and forecasting key market/industry trends
- Create and track a sales pipeline for new and incremental business
