Paid Search Manager, WorkMotion

• 5+ years managing Google Ads, ideally in B2B SaaS with both PLG and SLG models
• Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and lead generation landscapes
• Proven track record in optimising for LTV, pipeline, ROAS, and retention
• Proficient in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking
• Experience managing large budgets and reporting results across teams
• A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on experimentation that delivers impact
• Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Own and scale the Google Ads strategy end to end
• Turn clicks into qualified leads and measurable revenue
• Drive intent-based acquisition with keyword and targeting optimisation
• Analyse performance in GA4 and Google Ads, ensuring accurate attribution via GTM
• Provide data-driven insights that shape strategy and decision-making
• Work with content, product, and sales teams to align messaging with ICPs
• Contribute to ad creative and landing pages tailored to SaaS buyer needs
