• You are a detail-oriented, savvy QA who has a high standard for products, can build a structured QA process & understands how to prioritise within a delivery lifecycle.
• You can debug issues across the stack - frontend, backend, APIs - not just report bugs
• You are comfortable working directly with engineers and holding the bar on quality
• You move fast and don’t wait for perfect specs - you figure things out and ship
• You’ve worked in a high-paced product environment where things change weekly

• Ensuring quality & delivery of the UK's leading digital medicine platform
• Own quality across the product, not just testing You’re responsible for reducing bugs in production — not just catching them late. You’ll work across the entire stack (mobile app, APIs, clinician workflows) to make quality systemic
• Define and enforce quality standards Set what “good” looks like — test coverage, release criteria, regression thresholds — and hold the team accountable. You’re not waiting for permission to raise the bar
• Work directly with engineers to prevent bugs upstream Get involved early in feature development. Challenge edge cases, improve specs, and push for better design so issues don’t get created in the first place
