Director of Product, Dropbox

• 7+ years of product experience in a medium/larger software company and/or early stage startup experience leading a high growth area
• Deep experience with growth frameworks and methodologies, such as PLG, user-get-user virality, funnel optimization, and have demonstrated a metrics-driven approach to problem-solving
• You love building products that make our customers feel joy, delight and trust - you care deeply about the product craft and practice
• You have demonstrated technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with engineers at scale in a growth-oriented capacity, including expertise in experimentation, hypothesis testing and customer-led product iteration and improvement
• Deep organization capabilities, especially in regards to influence, collaboration and communication

• This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact with a scale-up stage product, helping us grow from "1 to N" with a product-led growth (PLG) strategy
• This role will focus on optimizing customer acquisition, activation, and retention, ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to a growing user base
• As the leader of the growth product team, you'll help turn Dash into a PLG powerhouse by building and optimizing best-in-class user acquisition and activation experiences and flows, introduce innovative systems to ignite viral expansion, and increase activation and engagement, while expanding the market opportunity via self-service capabilities and international expansion
• You'll also partner closely with Engineering, Design, Product Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to craft compelling solutions that resonate across diverse audiences
