What the job involves

Join our Integrations team as a Back-end Software Engineer and play a pivotal role in the development of our decisioning products at Taktile
Design and connect our Integration's API with new service providers and products
Architect and implement robust API interfaces
Thoroughly document API endpoints, including expected behavior and integration processes
Proactively monitor integrations to ensure optimized performance and swiftly address any operational issues
Provide ongoing technical support to meet our stakeholders' needs
Enhance the functionality of existing integrations to elevate customer experience (CX)
Lead projects from conception through to execution, including ideation, technical design, development, automated testing, release, and production operations
Engage actively in team rituals such as planning sessions, demos, and technical deep-dive discussions

Taktile’s goal is to enable financial services enterprises to adopt machine learning (ML) technology and deliver ML applications. Whilst ML may seem old news, these businesses have been slow to adopt it due to a shortage of expertise, IT resources and regulatory freedom.
