- Practical experience delivering finance operations or reconciliation activities

What the job involves
- This interim role supports the launch of new propositions by delivering high quality manual reconciliation and associated finance operations activities
- The role holder focuses on accurate execution, adherence to defined processes and contributing to a strong control environment while interim solutions are in place
- Perform interim manual reconciliation activities in line with agreed procedures and control requirements
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation differences, escalating issues where required
- Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation for all manual finance processes
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across Finance and Life Operations to support proposition launch activity
- Follow established controls and processes, highlighting risks, errors or inefficiencies
- Contribute ideas for improving the quality and efficiency of interim manual processes
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation to ensure consistent delivery
