• Experience: 7+ years experience in publisher success, account management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• As the Head of Publisher Success, you’ll oversee our global team of Publisher Success Managers
• Your focus will be on cultivating customer relationships, promoting and upselling MGID products, and enhancing performance to increase profit margins
• You’ll manage the team, shape publisher strategy, improve internal communication, negotiate with premium publishers, boost revenue, drive product adoption, and refine internal processes
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for publisher success, aligning with MGID's overall business objectives
• Team Management: Directly manage three Team Leads, each overseeing a regional team of Success Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to ensure seamless integration and execution of publisher initiatives
• Performance Optimization: Oversee the development and implementation of performance metrics and KPIs to drive the development and execution of an upsell plan to maximize revenue from existing publisher relationships
• Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key publisher partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive mutual growth
• Operational Excellence: Implement best practices in account management, operational processes, and use of technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
