Role
Who you are
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies with prior experience managing IT resources, overseeing IT strategy, and ensuring that IT aligns with overall business objectives
- Strong understanding of InfoSec principles, practices, and compliance requirements, with knowledge about securing data, networks, and systems to protect against cyber threats and ensure data privacy
- Technologically minded, with a keen eye for harnessing technology to drive business improvements and prior experience identifying opportunities for automation
- Prior line management experience with the ability to supervise, inspire and motivate team members on a daily basis
- Demonstrable project management, operations and process execution skills with the ability to deliver high quality output in a timely manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams at all levels
- Degree educated
Desirable
- Knowledge of information security frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as SIEM, ISO 27001, Cybersecurity Frameworks, NIST, or GDPR would be highly advantageous
- Prince2 certification is desirable
- Experience within a high growth environment, such as a start-up/scale-up
- You enjoy the challenge of coming up with scalable solutions to day-to-day problems, and you see through changes to processes, in order to improve our efficiency
- Able to analyse information, identify problems and trends, and solve complex problems
- Curious and innovative, keen to harness the latest technologies

What the job involves
- As an IT & InfoSec Business Operations Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders across Commercial and Delivery teams, IT, Finance and People to support our growth, building scalable processes, systems and best practices
- You will be central in our drive for excellence with an eye on continuous improvement, supporting all functions of the business to work together harmoniously
- You act with integrity which inspires trust in other team members and encourages them to act with integrity as well
- You will oversee our IT function, working with our IT Team to ensure that our IT strategy is well placed to support our growth plans
- You’ll ensure that our IT team maintain essential IT infrastructure, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware
- You will also be our subject matter expert on Information Security and GDPR, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust information security program across the organisation
- You will play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with relevant security regulations and standards, and enhancing the overall data security posture of the company
- We have a social office and this role will be expected to work hybrid from our London Southwark office 3 days per week
