Who you are

Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales development in Enterprise B2B SaaS technology
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the latter evidenced through your questionnaire response
Have strong experience with sales tech stack
Because nPlan is not your usual 50-calls-a-day sales team, and the fact that you’ll be working with your own initiative, we’ll need this person to:
Learn quickly and adapt to new challenges and expectations

What the job involves

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing UK sales team. In this role, you will join a team of UK BDR’s and Account Directors to help grow nPlan's presence across the UK and EMEA markets
You'll be contacting prospective clients through different outreach methods, including cold calling, LinkedIn, and email campaigns
You will be researching the market and building long-term relationships with key senior stakeholders
You will collaborate with our Product & Customer Success teams, giving market feedback about the nPlan Products
You’ll have autonomy, ownership, and trust from day one, and be working with talented people who care deeply about our mission

nPlan is leading the drive to improve decision-making in construction by applying machine learning to dramatically improve how information is retained and utilised to influence risk and uncertainty.

It noticed the construction industry has remained static for decades and projects are consistently not delivered on time or budget. With intelligent software, nPlan has started to change the fundamentals of the industry and improve the outcome for all stakeholders.

Having already worked with some of the biggest construction and infrastructure companies in the world, including Network Rail and Google, the company completed its Series A at the start of 2021 with GV as its lead investor.
