Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Sales technology platforms, tooling best practices, and experience in providing technical and project management support
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience working with a Revenue organization or Sales Operations team
- You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and you take ownership of your work

What the job involves
- Reports to: Director, Revenue Operations
- The Revenue Operations team at AlphaSense drives productivity and improves efficiency for our account executives, account managers, and sales development reps
- We create and implement operational reporting & analytics, improve processes, and enable strategic initiatives that impact the revenue organization

- The Senior Analyst, Revenue Tools, will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of specific tools the Revenue Organization uses
- This role involves collaborating with RevOps and business users to ensure the effective use of these tools, driving process efficiencies, and supporting key technology initiatives
- Own the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of key revenue tools within the revenue organization, ensuring they are optimized for business needs and aligned with best practices
- Serve as the primary point of contact for RevOps and business users for specific tools, providing real-time support and answering questions about tool functionalities and best practices
- Monitor vendor release notes for updates and new functionality. Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze potential impact and manage the implementation of new features or system enhancements
- Oversee overall licensing needs and utilization for revenue tools; proactively identify needs for additional licenses, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely provisioning and accurate access control
- Develop and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for tool configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure scalability and knowledge sharing across teams
- Assist in project management activities, supporting various key initiatives related to revenue tools
- Provide support for procurement activities, as needed, including assisting with vendor evaluation, tool selection, and gathering data for contract negotiations

To remedy this, AlphaSense has built a smart search engine that slashes research time for analysts, using thousands of sources and a semantic indexing layer that can effectively query finance-specific language.
As a disruptor and market leader in this field AlphaSense has few direct competitors, being most closely compared to Wolfram Alpha or LexisNexis. It helps that its tools are undoubtedly effective and valued by knowledge professionals: the company counts about 85% of the S&P 100 as customers and is trusted by J.P.Morgan, Microsoft, Credit Suisse and Google, among other major enterprises.
Having raised a large amount of funding over 2022 and 2023, AlphaSense has moved quickly to double down on its expansion in European markets, opening an office in Berlin to support this. With 2024 seeing investment from Singaporean EDBI, it is now setting its sights on the Asia-Pacific region. As business intelligence will remain key for enterprises as they compete for market share, AlphaSense is well-placed for additional future growth.
