Who you are
- This role requires a detail-oriented, data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and customer relationship management
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM management
- Proficiency in CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experienced in mobile CRM, including push notifications and in-app messaging
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with A/B testing and email optimization techniques
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
What the job involves
- 3Commas is looking for an experienced CRM Manager to join our Marketing department
- As our CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns and CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, retention, and revenue
- Develop and implement effective email marketing campaigns to promote products and services, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives
- Manage and optimize CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention
- Delivering our CRM strategies across all customer touch points, including web and app
- Segment audiences and tailor communications to drive personalized customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution
- A/B test subject lines, content, and other variables to optimize campaign performance
- Maintain and manage email lists, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to email marketing and CRM
