Role
Who you are
- AI native. You use AI tools daily, you've built things with them, and you can have a proper conversation with a customer about what's possible and what isn't
- An appreciation of Private Markets, ideally with experience selling into or working with PE, VC, asset managers, or similar. You understand the workflows and where the friction sits
- Commercially driven. You enjoy expansion, you chase signal, and you don't wait for accounts to come asking
- Technical enough to build, configure, and demo agents yourself, while polished enough to run an exec QBR

What the job involves
- V7 Go is our agent-building platform, and it's working. Customers are expanding at 160-200% net revenue retention, which means once they're in, they want more
- You'll join a small, sharp post-sales team that owns the customer journey after the deal closes: adoption, expansion, renewal
- Your accounts won't be passive. They're ambitious teams deploying AI agents on real, complex workflows, and they'll lean on you to help them get there
- The opportunity is substantial. You're not managing a steady-state book; you're compounding it
- Running QBRs that actually mean something, with clear value tracking, expansion roadmaps, and exec alignment. Not a slide deck refresh
- Owning expansion and upsell across your accounts, identifying new use cases, new teams, and new agents to build
- Getting hands-on in V7 Go yourself. You'll often be the person scoping or building agents alongside customers, especially in the early days of a deployment
- Partnering closely with our solutions and product teams to feed customer signal back into the roadmap, so we keep building what wins
Our take
AI is currently utilised across multiple industries, requiring companies to continuously collect, organise, and label image data so that AI models can adapt to new scenarios. However, the responses they get from AI can easily fall into the simple back-and-forth of chatbots. V7 is changing this through developing AI agents that simulate how humans reason through problems, reducing errors, increasing reliability, and linking the outcome back to its original data source. All of this amounts to vision-based AI models that learn continuously and with minimal human supervision.
V7's Go platform can ingest documents, images and text and boil them down to AI-solvable steps. Alongside automating mundane tasks, the Go platform has a user interface that supports customised workflows - all with no code required. The company says that using only 100 human-annotated examples in its toolkit, it can label the rest of the training data autonomously. Although it found its first customers in medicine and health sciences, its product is being picked up by everyone from tech companies to asset managers and law firms.
With the launch of V7 Go, the company is taking a bold leap into business automation, making powerful AI easy for everyday users. Backed by big-name customers, strong accuracy results, and 2022's Series A investment round, V7 is very much ready to become a major player in the future of work.
