• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including team management Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and ensure the integrity of HR databases and systems
• Analyze HR metrics and use data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement
• Stay current with HR trends and propose innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through communication, feedback mechanisms, and action planning
