Who you are

  • 5+ years of creative marketing experience in B2B tech software
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and creative strategies, as well as managing a network of global resources
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and successful campaigns
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
  • Proficiency in design software, digital marketing tools and platforms

What the job involves

  • Do you have big brand visions and a passion for turning ideas into impactful experiences? As our Creative Director, you’ll be the mastermind behind Fireblocks’ brand identity. You’ll shape and execute bold, innovative creative strategies across all channels—from our website and marketing campaigns to events and beyond. You’ll also manage a network of global creative talents, guiding them to execute on your vision and make our brand unforgettabl
  • Develop and unleash a brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives, resonates with our target audience, and sets us apart in the crowded tech and financial landscape
  • Re-establish and evangelize brand guidelines that ensure consistency across every medium and every interaction
  • Oversee the creative process from idea to execution, ensuring our brand is brought to life in a way that’s both visually stunning and strategically sound
  • Create and refine templates, ensuring the team has the tools and resources to consistently produce high-quality, on-brand content across product marketing, campaigns, web projects and more
  • Manage the visual storytelling across all platforms, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience
  • Cultivate and manage a global network of creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners
  • Develop a resource management & team hiring plan
  • Conceptualize and lead the development of innovative campaigns that captivate our audience and elevate our brand
  • Ensure all creative content is delivered on time, within budget, and meets our high standards of quality and creativity
  • Analyze the effectiveness of creative strategies and campaigns, using insights to optimize and refine our approach
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our creative strategies fresh and relevant

Our take

The derivatives market has always been attractive for larger investors, but one of the biggest hurdles they needed to overcome has to do with capital efficiency, custody and security. Fireblocks allows for the trading of derivatives on any asset, using any form of collateral while receiving cross-margin benefits across counterparties. Essentially, it enables institutional traders to move digital assets without the operational or security headache.

By trying to make digital asset trading more secure, Fireblocks is banking on assets like cryptocurrencies becoming a new part of the mainstream trade of financial institutions. Cryptocurrencies are known for being notoriously unstable in their value but when traded properly, can be hugely profitable. Fireblocks believes that their cybersecurity services will make the industry seem safer and thereby make it more attractive to new participants.

In fact, Fireblocks are already on to something here. Now that cybersecurity standards have been boosted, a whole new crop of institutional entities has already set up shop in the crypto world. The more that follow suit, the more stable the market becomes - and the more potential clients Fireblocks can access. If Fireblocks can make digital assets both accessible and secure for mainstream traders, as they are doing through partnerships with the likes of CoinTrade, they have a huge potential market waiting to be tapped into.
