Role
Who you are
- You are fluentin SQL and are comfortable working with large, complex data
- You have knowledge of statistics and are comfortable applying statistical concepts in testing, modelling, and forecasting e.g. A/B testing
- You have experience in presenting data through creating reports and visualisations and telling a story
- You have experience in D2C or B2C marketing analytics
- You have a proven track record in collaborating cross-functionally with different business departments and senior stakeholders
- Technical expertise: You possess the technical knowledge to generate data driven insights and you apply the appropriate analytical methods to get the most out of available data. You adapt your approach to best address the problem at hand
- Business acumen: You demonstrate an understanding of the business and domain and apply your expertise in how you collect, analyse and interpret data
- Collaborative communicator: You have a proven track record in collaborating cross-functionally, engaging senior stakeholders with tailored insights, and fostering open, constructive team dialogue
What the job involves
- Our ambition is to revolutionize the travel industry and we’re currently looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our team
- In this role you will be responsible for providing insights to drive key decision making in Marketing
- Conduct detailed analyses of our marketing initiatives and channels and make recommendations based on your insights
- Support the Marketing team to improve customer conversion rates by running testing, collecting insights and making recommendations for improvements
- Build interactive dashboards and visualisations that provide real-time insights to stakeholders
- Act as a sparring partner to the VP Marketing and Marketing leadership team supporting the execution of the strategy
- Provide guidance and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
- Level up analysis and research quality in the department
